     - Pediatric Cancer patients- pediatric cancer patients and their families seeking lodging should contact the pediatric hematology-oncology social worker. There are a couple of small lodging programs best assessed and accessed by that social worker. There is now a Ronald McDonald house near MGH- formerly Home Away Boston (staff may refer using online application.) See our Accommodations list.

        - We do not have a contract with the Ronald McDonald house in the Longwood area. Patients of participating facilities are prioritized there, but on occasion, if they have space they may accommodate our patients. Again, patients/families should be referred to our hematology-oncology social worker for assessment and appropriate referrals.
